Best Clay Consultants (2026)

The best Clay consultants in 2026 combine hands-on implementation experience with a track record you can actually check: a partner-directory listing, a founder with public history in the tool, or published work you can read before you talk to sales. Clay's own official directory is the obvious starting point, and here is who else is worth knowing beyond it, including where we place our own firm.

The official channel first

Before any consultant list: clay.com/experts is Clay's own directory of vetted Solutions Partners, not a third-party opinion. If your bar is "certified by Clay itself," start there. It is not ranked alongside the list below because it is not a competing agency, it is the directory everyone else on this page either joined or gets compared against.

How we picked the rest

This list is about who is worth knowing beyond that official baseline: consultants and agencies with a specific, checkable specialty inside Clay rather than a generic "we do Clay" page. We looked for a named founder or team, a public track record, and evidence of the work itself rather than a claim of expertise on a homepage.

The order below is not a ranking from best to worst. We placed ourselves third, not first and not last, so our own entry reads the same way every other entry does.

1. Growth Engine X

Founded by Eric Nowoslawski, who was reportedly doing Clay implementation work back when Clay itself was a team of about four people. Also listed directly in Clay's own partner directory above, about as close to a track record as this niche has. A reasonable first call if Clay history matters more to you than almost anything else on this list.

2. Nebor

Builds Clay-centered outbound, inbound, and signal-monitoring systems that live inside the client's own accounts rather than a black box you cannot see into. Nebor also publishes its own Clay agency and expert comparison roundups, so if you want a second opinion on this exact list, theirs is worth reading too.

3. OutboundIntel

We run Clay inside live client infrastructure every day: waterfall enrichment tables, scoring and routing logic, and QA-gated syncs into the sending platform. OutboundIntel is our own firm, so read this entry as a statement of positioning rather than a neutral review. Our Clay page lists the specific limits we would flag before recommending a Clay-first build, including when we would not recommend one at all.

4. Sculpted

Founded by Jacob Tuwiner in 2022 as one of the earliest agencies built specifically around Clay, later narrowing further to specialize only in Clay plus HubSpot CRM enrichment and data hygiene rather than running full outbound campaigns. Worth a look if your actual problem is messy CRM data rather than send volume. Also listed in Clay's own partner directory.

5. FrontBrick

Clay-certified, and also certified with Instantly, Smartlead, and Lemlist, which points to a team building across the sending stack rather than one tool in isolation. FrontBrick focuses on intent-based account-based marketing for mid-market and enterprise SaaS with longer sales cycles, so a smaller, faster-cycle team might not be the intended fit.

6. RevPartners

The only firm we found holding both HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner and Clay Elite Studio Partner status at the same time, a meaningfully specific credential in a space where most agencies claim general expertise. RevPartners was acquired by Walker Sands in June 2026 and now operates as RevPartners, a Walker Sands company, worth knowing if you are weighing long-term stability alongside the initial build.

7. ColdIQ

Run by Michel Lieben, ColdIQ started as educational and affiliate content about sales tools before turning into a full agency once readers began asking for implementation help. That path, content first and delivery second, is documented publicly and is close to how we think about earning trust in this market.

8. SalesCaptain

Runs outbound across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel rather than treating Clay as a research step bolted onto a generic cold email sequence. One note on the domain: salescaptain.com is an unrelated AI phone and text product, the agency described here is at the .io address.

Where to go from here

Our Clay implementation page covers what we build with it in production, including the limits we would tell a client about before they sign anything. If you want a second opinion on your own Clay setup before hiring anyone, the infrastructure audit is free and does not require a sales call.
