Apollo, run in production, not just certified
We run Apollo inside live client infrastructure every day. This page covers what we build with it, where it fits, and where it does not.
What we build
- Search and filtering logic that adds organization keyword tags so lists stay on-industry instead of filling with lookalike-title junk.
- Enrichment calls gated behind qualification steps so credits only get spent on accounts worth contacting.
- Contact and account exports formatted for direct hand-off into the sending platform.
Production observations
- Title and location search is industry-blind, so organization keyword filters are mandatory or the list fills with lookalike-title junk.
- Domain-list searches cap at 1,000 domains per call.
- Deep searches hit the 500-page limit.
- Search is cheap, enrichment credits are the real cost.
When we would not recommend Apollo
We would not rely on Apollo alone where a market needs deep firmographic or intent data beyond title, location, and technology filters.

Detailed side-by-side comparisons between Apollo and the other platforms we run are in development. Until those publish, the related pages below cover how Apollo fits into the systems we build.
